TENSION IS ON THE RISE... Mon, January 19 2009

Tension is on the rise on the job site and the netball court as the tradies begin to get tough in this week’s KingGee Jack of All trades.

It’s not just fences that are on the rise this week in the 'King Gee Jack of all Trades” house, with tensions also on the increase as the challenges get tougher, the boys learn more about each other and the real work begins.

With just weeks to finish the outfit of the Silkwood property in time for the charity auction, Mike Broadby, the master builder demands that the pace is picked up in this week’s episode which includes the building of the boundary fence and installation of Solatube as the weekly building challenge.

The boys also get to take one of Queensland’s top women’s netball team, the Queensland Firebird's and managed to put a very interesting spin on elite netball with a more surprising outcome.

“Let's just say that the polite times are over and the real work has begun,” said Master Builder Mike Broadby.  “The boy’s strength and weakness are definitely coming out now both on the work and social level. And let’s just say that there were a couple of situations and outcome that take place this week which will see the boys hit boiling point in the next few episode.

“At the moment the competition is definitely simmering away very nicely right across all areas of the competition which makes for great TV viewing which will only become more interesting and entertaining,” says Mike.

The four very different personalities come into play this week with semi- survivor style alliances are made leaving one of the boys feeling very much  an outsider of the gang. We also learn a bit more about 42 year old builder, Mike Stone who has been labelled the ‘Joker’ of Karoonda, South Australia.

At the end of week one it was Mike Stone from South Australia that lead the charge in the pointscore proving that maybe age and experience does count, however viewers will be treated to quite a dramatic changing of the guard this week  winner will also guaranteed to set South Australia’s cowboy Matt heath’s blood pressure on the boil.

So sit back, grab a beer, light the Barbie and chill out for a while this Sunday afternoon with Australia favourite tradie show, KingGee Jack of All trades.
